Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StreamLine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access StreamLine for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it accurate
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds beyond this period are at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StreamLine to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the service's operation

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StreamLine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create using our service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StreamLine, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
